How fast will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 23:00 are dispatched the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, with tracking sent by email.
Can I return it if it doesn't fit my phone?
Yes. You have 30 days to return any unused item in its original packaging, and we refund the full product price.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept iDEAL, credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay — all through a secure checkout.
Where do you ship from?
Everything ships from our own warehouse in the Netherlands, so there are no long overseas waits or surprise customs fees.
Will a MagSafe charger work with my phone case?
It works with MagSafe cases and most thin magnetic cases. If your case is thicker than 3 mm, remove it for the strongest hold.
